You might have done the perfect analysis, but you haven’t finished your job until you have convinced your stakeholders that your recommendations are the right ones.
So we’ll talk about how we can communicate more effectively. We talk about the pre-talk preparation and the actual delivery.

For the actual delivery, you must think about your message and, if it is a live presentation, your role in it.
So far in IBPS logic has driven our actions. In the deliver of the message, it is still a driver but it isn’t alone. You are now in the business of convincing, so appeal to emotions and character (the three elements of Aristotelean persuasion methods).
